- The recently completed facade for the Federation Building was delivered to New World York and the City of Syracusica ahead of schedule by the ex patriot Terran artist, Michael Warren. An installation team, the rehabilitation construction gang, the Minister of Historic Preservation and the Mayor of Syracusica will gather at the construction site for the "Ceremonial Driving of the Golden Rivets" that will mark the official completion of the project. A tour of the Federation Assembly Hall for the delegates and staff of each of the 12 Outer Dust Ring planets represented will commence immediately following the Gateway Ribbon Cutting. As the delegates take their seats and begin their governance activities, the general public will be admitted to the Citizens Gallery located in the Horseshoe Mezzanine above the hallowed hall.
