OUTER DUST RINGS, Quadrant 7 - A remnant of the black hole currently occupying Quadrant 1 is adding another mystery to the growing number of visible events throughout the system. A spokesperson for The Ministry of Science & Future Technology has gone on record to report that sanctioned study teams are relatively certain that they're seeing a graviton attached to a superstring. Once the black hole began breaking apart, fundamental forces in each sector began behaving radically, in this display, for example, with an emission of light particles dubbed "Odelia's Fan" (after The Princess of Derby). The space around the graviton is extremely bent and another theory is that we're witnessing the creation of a new continuum portal that, if true, is suspected to reach farther into the known universe than any other previously discovered port. As with the Quadrant 1 activity, only authorized scientific teams are allowed in the area but satellite transmission of approved visuals - as seen here - are now available via EyeSpy Satellite feed. I wish I had time to play along with this, as it really resonates for me.

As you can probably tell from the date of this post, I'm running out of steam with this project. The next step may be to create a PDF Booklet and then take down the blog. I'm not 100% certain but the idea is percolating.
While I'm pleased that you enjoy this image so much I have to say that working with the fractals is an incredibly difficult and time consuming task. So, these favorable comments are appreciated more than ever. :)
OH! I loved outer Dust Rings, it was interesting and fun and thought provoking! I weill be sorry if it goes away. I don't understand what a PDF magazine is--how will it be made available to people to see, enjoy and cogitate on.
I do find fractals VERY hard--what program(s) do you use?
(I've been camping in the Porcupine wilderness area for about two weeks).

I'll miss it too, Mary. In fact, I already do, but, there's just so many hours in the day. As far as a PDF Magazine version, I simply mean turning the blog into a .pdf document file in the form of a little magazine that can be read online or printed out and assembled. Basically, it would sit on my other blog with a sidebar button to access it. I'm also toying with the idea of having it self-published and offer copies for sale.
Welcome back from the woods by the way. Did you see any actual poor-kee-pines, or not? :)
